Two separate bedrooms mean that while the adults drift off to sleep in the comfortable king-size bed one end of the Cabin, the children can hang up their Christmas stockings and cosy down for the night in two single beds the other end – separated by a carefully thought-out central living space which comprises an en-suite shower room and WC and a handcrafted kitchen. There’s even an oak fold-down table and bench seating for a game of cards or crafting. To ensure a warm and cosy temperature throughout the winter, the Cabin is lined with sheep’s wool insulation and features an electric cast-iron radiator, with the option of underfloor heating.
