What does your role at Plankbridge involve?
As Customer Service Manager, my role is all about making sure every customer feels informed, supported and confident throughout their Plankbridge journey. I focus on building genuine relationships, ensuring clear communication at every touchpoint, and making the experience as special as the huts themselves.
If I could have any Plankbridge shepherd’s hut…
It would have to be a Snug, somewhere peaceful in the garden — my perfect retreat for curling up next to a log burner with a good book and a glass of wine. Somewhere beautiful but cosy, that feels like it’s just mine.
What are your favourite colours from the Plankbridge colour chart?
I love Rookery and Oxlip. Rookery is such a stunning, characterful blue and Oxlip is a beautiful warm beige — together they feel both timeless and inviting, which I think perfectly captures the Plankbridge spirit.
What do you like most about working at Plankbridge?
The craftsmanship and care that goes into every hut is just extraordinary. Knowing that I’m helping customers find something truly special — built to last for generations — makes the work really meaningful. It aligns perfectly with my belief that great customer service is about more than transactions; it’s about trust.
What do you like to do when you’re not working?
I love spending time with friends, enjoying a glass of wine and good conversation. I’m a big reader and a huge Outlander fan — there’s nothing quite like getting lost in a great story after a busy day!
